Study visit to Croatia under the project ''Cooperation between Public Administrations in Cross-Border Areas of Croatia and Hungary to Provide Better Services to Citizens''

 

The State Administration Office in Osijek-Baranja County and the State Administration Office in Međimurje County were the organizers and hosts of a study visit to Croatia under the project ''Cooperation between Public Administrations in Cross-Border Areas of Croatia and Hungary to Provide Better Services to Citizens''.

A study visit was held on 05 and 06 July 2018 in Osijek and Zagreb. A study visit to Croatia was attended by representatives of the Somogy County Government Office, project team of the State Administration Office in Međimurje County, the project team of the State Administration Office in Osijek-Baranja County and representatives of the Ministry of Administration.

The host of the study visit to Osijek was the State Administration Office in Osijek-Baranja County. During the study visit to Osijek, e-Citizens and e-Newborns were presented.

The host of a study visit to Zagreb was the State Administration Office in Međimurje County with the support of the Ministry of Administration. During the second day of the study visit the participants were presented the organization itself and organization of the activities in division of competencies of the public authorities in the Republic of Croatia as well as the vision of the development of public administration in the Republic of Croatia by 2030 and the implementation and use of e-Citizens services.

During the visit to Zagreb for all participants was organized a visit to the Croatian Parliament. The study visit ended with a visit to the State School of Public Administration where the participants were presented with the organization and the way in which the school operates.
